Spaces (Spots) Availability & Pricing
To provide every climber with a safe, enjoyable, and personalized experience, we keep our group climbs intentionally small, with a maximum of 7 climbers per group.
Because spaces/spots are limited, availability cannot be guaranteed for every group climb date until your booking is confirmed. We therefore recommend securing your preferred date as early as possible.
Please also note that the prices displayed on our website reflect our current rates and may be revised from time to time. However, there is no need to worry about future price adjustments once you have made your booking. After your climb has been confirmed and your deposit has been received, your agreed price is locked in and will not be affected by any subsequent price increases.
Payment Terms
A deposit of US$99 per person is required to confirm your Kilimanjaro booking. The remaining balance for your climb can be paid in cash in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). If you wish to the remaining balance online by Card, they you will have to do that at least 21 days prior to starting of your adventure. We accept VISA, Master Card, and AMEX.
Cash Condition: Please bring clean, undamaged US dollar bills issued in 2010 or later, or the equivalent amount in euros or British pounds sterling. Please avoid bringing coins, as they cannot be exchanged locally.
The start date listed is the first day on the mountain. You should plan on being in Moshi anytime the day before the start date. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
